Cold buffets

Ambient plate buffets ~ Ideal for formal or informal events where no heating facilities are available, or for office groups celebrating reaching a milestone in style, wanting to treat themselves - or if you are a boss, for you to give them a deserved treat!

Range 1: Vegetarian selection served on platters with salad garnish:

Sandwiches

Mediterranean (ve) ~ Roasted Mediterranean vegetables with Yorkshire salad leaves and humous.
Goats cheese relish (v) ~ Soft mild Welsh goats cheese, crunchy fresh salad leaves with cherry tomatoes & balsamic relish.
Ploughman’s (v) ~ Mature Yorkshire cheddar, home made chutney, mayo, green leaves & tomato.
Egg mayo & salad (v) ~ Organic Yorkshire eggs, crunchy fresh salad leaves, real mayonaise

Cooked savouries:
Slice of spanish omelette with optional cheese (gf,v)
Slice of Italian polenta, topped with roast veg, with or without cheese (gf,v,ve)
Slice of quiche (ask for available fillings) (v)
Midi veggy pasty – Any seasonal vegetarian option, please ask for details



Range 2: Cured meats and fish, served on platters with salad garnish:

Sandwiches:
BLT ~ A classic with quality ingredients. Crispy bacon, roast local chicken, local salads leaves, fresh tomatoes and mustard mayo.
Iberian ~ Classsic Spanish flavours. Chorizo, peppers, olives & manchego cheese.
Salmon ~ House cured salmon, Welsh goats cheese, cucumber and green leaves for a simple taste sensation.
Ham ploughmans ~ Slices of Yorkshire ham, mustard mayo, green leaves, mature cheddar & Fusion chutney.

Cooked savouries:
Slice of Spanish omelette topped with chorizo & cheddar (gf,)
Slice of Italian polenta, topped with roast veg & roast local chicken, with or without cheese (gf)
Slice of Fusion quiche with meat or fish (ask for available fillings)

Range 3 Gourmet vegetarian open sandwiches made to impress, with tasty salads (also available in wraps or on our gluten free polenta).

Mediterranean ~ Roast veg, olives, roast cherry tomatoes & capers, topped with feta or pine nuts, drizzled with reduced balsamic dressing, served on Fusion foccacia (v or ve)
Mexican ~ Guacamole, salad leaves & roast squash topped with cheddar or refried pinto beans and fresh salsa served on roast polenta (v or ve,gf)

Range 4: Gourmet open meat & fish sandwiches made to impress, with tasty salads (also available in wraps or on our gluten free polenta).
Cajun Snapper ~ Cajun spiced pan fried fillet of snapper or sea bream and served on grilled Fusion foccacia, topped with caper & anchovy mayonnaise

Lemon drizzle £2.00 ~ A classic that is more lemony and less sweet than the standard fare.
3-seed carrot & coconut £2.10 ~ Fusion twist on a classic. Delicious healthy and filling. Virtually fat free, dairy free with carrots, sultanas, sesame sunflower & pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and an orange & apricot glaze.
Gluten free buns (gf) £2.00 ~ Komal has created a stir here! Look out for Pear & ginger, Lime and courgette, Apple & toffee and more to come! Gluten free recipe!
Polenta orange & almond cake (gf) £2.00 ~ Popular with everyone, simply a delicious combination of flavour and texture.
Spiced banana (ve) £2.00 ~ We use fresh bananas, cashew nuts, raisins and a secret combination of fragrant spices to make this Fusion classic.
Coffee & Walnut £2.50 ~ Delicious English classic made especially good by virtue of our quality Organic ingredients.
Fusion cheesecake £2.50 ~ Always gone before we blink, we have any flavours: Mango & ginger, Chocolate, vanilla & cream, Cappucino, Lemon & ginger and more...
