About Integral Fusion

Fusion Organic Consulting Ltd is a Sheffield consultancy service offering expert knowledge and training services in food production businesses, social enterprise, organisational/business strategy and vocational learning.

 



Integral Fusion utilises tools that are a combination of the Integral model for taking perspectives, and using the right tool to deal with the given situation and a threefold flow model to ensure the right tools are available.

The Integral map places elements of phenomena and situations into 4 quadrants or perspectives. The integral model asks us to scan all perspectives from micro to meta, and subjective to objective, for any situation we face that requires our action, skill or creativity.



In addition we fuse this with a qualitative model that helps us learn the tools most appropriate to act in light of the Integral perspective.



By using these multi-perspective frameworks we can help to ensure your organisation is fully integrated with its vision & purpose, and help find the right tools to achieve this.





The four areas mapped in the Integral model include:



  • Individual. Singular ï»¿Internal Subjective  - that is all which is in ours or another's experience: psychology, world view, life experience, intellect, opinion, perception, thought
  • Social. Collective Internal Subjective - all that falls within shared experiences: culture, sociology, teams, groups
  • Product. Singular External Objective - things, products, scientific evidence, equipment, premises 
  • Market. Systemic External Objective - systems, economies, environment, organisational operation

  • Idea, thinking, planning, strategy, framework, policy, methodology
  • People, feeling, values, ethics, qualitative judgments
